7. Opportunities & Earnings

Aidotics Partner does not guarantee:

• Job availability
• Minimum earnings
• Specific assignments
• Continuous access to opportunities

Healthcare organizations and service providers independently determine hiring, assignment, and engagement decisions.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Submit fraudulent information.
• Misuse the Platform.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, content, trademarks, and technology associated with Aidotics Partner remain the exclusive property of Aidotics.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

Aidotics Partner is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Service availability
• Platform uptime
• Assignment frequency
• Earnings potential
• Employment outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aidotics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Employment disputes
• Payment delays
• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Loss of income or opportunities

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
